Contractually Required Data

Certain information (such as name and email address) is required to create an account and access the Solution under the Master Subscription Agreement.

Customer Data in the Product

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. After account termination, customer data is deleted and certain analytics data may be anonymized.

Data Security

The company uses organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Payment Information

Payment card information is processed directly by the payment processor Stripe; Metaspectral does not store full card details.

Children’s Data

The services are not directed at individuals under 18. If a child provides personal data, parents or guardians may contact the company to request deletion.

User Rights

Individuals may request confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or restrict processing depending on applicable laws.
